Application:
The Apparatus is used to determine the axial pressure of the soft clay with greater saturation under the condition that the lateral direction is not restricted until the force value when the specimen is damaged, and to obtain the unconfined compressive strength of the soil. At the same time, the unconfined compressive strength test is also used to determine the sensitivity of the soil. (Sensitivity is the ratio of unconfined compressive strength between the undisturbed soil and remolded soil that maintains natural water content).
