Application:
The machine is specializing in the tensile testing prestress steel strand, It equipped the dedicated jaw for steel strand tensile testing with patented technology( the steel strand will always break down in the point of clamping jaw, testing tensile strength lower than true value, leading to a failure of testing, without using a dedicated jaw) and 500mm long sensing gauge electronic extensometer, testing the tensile strength of steel strand Rm, stipulated plastic extension strength Rp0.2, elasticity modulus E, percentage elongation after fracture and other mechanical performance index. The testing results can be automatically stored, and the testing report, including the testing data and testing curve would be generated and printed automatically.
