Application:
The hardness testing is widely used in the industry production and quality control for the metallic materials and nonmetal material. According to the testing principle, it includes Rockwell hardness tester, Brinell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, Shore hardness tester, Barcol hardness tester, and so on.
The Rockwell hardness tester is used to determine the Rockwell hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and non-metal materials. It can be widely applied in the Rockwell hardness testing for heat treatment materials, such as quenching, hardening and tempering, etc.
Brinell hardness tester is used to determine the Brinell hardness of unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys, etc.
Vickers hardness tester is mainly used to determine the Vickers hardness of ferrous metals (not including cast iron), non-ferrous metals.
Leeb hardness tester is used to determine the Leeb hardness of ferrous and non-ferrous metal precisely.
Shore hardness tester is used to determine the hardness of rubber & plastic materials with high hardness, such as hard rubber, hard resin, organic glass, thermoplastic rubber, printing board, fibre and so on.
Barcol hardness tester is mainly used to test hardness of aluminum, aluminum alloy and glass fiber reinforced plastics.
Webster hardness tester is mainly used to test for the hardness of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum parts and other soft metal.
